  Please note that all plants are shipped bare-root (without soil).Other non-plant items are packed separately.
  Please allow 2–3 days for us to dry the plant roots before shipment to ensure healthy delivery.
  Rainy weather may extend the processing time by an additional 2–3 days.
  

• 🚚 Shipping: We ship our plants and items via USPS.
  Since the order may include plants and non-plants, the shipping costs may vary. Please contact us for more details.

• 🏡 Local Pickup: Available in North San Jose by appointment -
  Please place your order before coming, as we don’t have enough time to accommodate garden browsing or onsite selection. (You’re welcome to take a quick visit if the schedule allows).
